Blackberry Messenger Lives on in Android

It's barely been 24 hours since Blackberry Messenger (BBM) arrived in the Google Play Store and it's already rocking the boat.  10 million installs and growing on it's first day plus nearly 90,000 starred reviews. This may seem all nice and good, but unlike WhatsApp, you actually need an invite to join this throng, even though you can at the very least install it.

Blackberry might be is disappearing soon, but BBM looks like it is here to stay.  It's really too bad that Blackberry did not develop its phone more in relation to their killer app.  Keyboards on phones almost sounds like going out of your way to secure an Bell Rotary Phone and land line for your house.
